CCU 12 pillars and standards of service

CCU 12 pillars and standards of service

12 is associated with God and symbolizes perfection, divine order, and governing authority. CCU was born and governs on these 12 standard pillars.

The number 12 symbolizes perfection

  1. Service to others

We serve others and help them fulfill their God-given potential.

2. In place of others

We place ourselves first in place of others to serve them with honesty.

3. Establish Trust and Lead by Example

We establish trust, lead by example, and demonstrate integrity in our daily professional service, personally and professionally, to inspire others to do the same.

4. Tell the Truth

We tell the truth, nothing but the truth, at all times, even when it may hurt us. We honestly represent our services, including clear and adequate disclosures of all material terms. We have no fine print to worry about.

5. Honest Advertising

CCU maintains high standards for advertising and recruiting new students.

6. Be Transparent

Identify the nature of the business and location openly and clearly, and disclose all policies, refund policies, and procedures affecting a student’s registration decision.

7. Honor Promises

Abide by all written agreements and verbal representations without pressure.

8. Be Responsive

Address students’ concerns and disputes quickly, professionally, and in good faith.

9. Safeguard Privacy

Protect any collected student record against mishandling and fraud, collect personal information only as needed, and respect students’ preferences regarding using their information.

10. Exemplify Integrity

Developing and demonstrating integrity involves being honest, taking responsibility for your or our actions, respecting others, and maintaining fairness.

11. Seek Wise Counsel

We seek wise counsel and are open to feedback. We are not afraid to ask for guidance and feedback.

12. Constructive criticism

We are receptive to constructive criticism, which helps us grow and improve our decision-making. We allow biblical exhortations but do not use them to condemn people.
